TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Dream Elite OPC Marketing Pvt Ltd. By registering as a distributor or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Registration:
The applicant must be a minimum of 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract as provided in the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

2. Independent Distributor Status:
Distributors are independent contractors and are not considered employees, agents, or partners of Dream Elite OPC Marketing Pvt Ltd. Distributors are solely responsible for their own business decisions, expenses, and taxes.

3. KYC & Identity Verification:
To comply with government regulations and ensure smooth operations, distributors must upload valid KYC documents, including a clear ID proof and PAN card, to verify and confirm their details. Payouts will be held until KYC is successfully verified.

4. Payouts, Commissions & Deductions:
• A 5% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and a 10% admin charge will be strictly deducted from all payouts in accordance with government regulations.
• Approved commissions will be transferred directly to the distributor s registered bank account via NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS on a daily basis.

5. Product Purchase & Refund Policy:
All payments made to the company are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once a distributor or retailer enters into this agreement for the purchase of offered products. This condition applies regardless of whether referral sales are generated or not.

6. Code of Conduct & Ethical Marketing:
Distributors must promote the business ethically. Making false claims, misleading income projections, or misrepresenting the company s products/services is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate strict action.

7. Right to Terminate:
The company reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate the distributorship immediately, without prior notice, if any distributor is found acting against the company s rules, policies, or ethical guidelines, or is involved in cross-sponsoring.

8. Amendments to Terms:
Dream Elite OPC Marketing Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms and Conditions, business plans, or payout structures at any time without prior notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
